As of August 2023, 3 residential skyscrapers are under construction in Warsaw. This is the Skyreach skyscraper at Grzybowskiej, 59 (completion of construction in 2026); two buildings Towarowa Towers (completion in 2024), a high-rise residential building Grzybowska, 37 (completion in 2024).
