Investment rating of Warsaw
Leading European real estate analysts in November 2021 compiled a rating of the largest European cities and capitals on the overall prospects in the real estate sector. More than 30 cities were explored.
According to this rating, the top five European cities include Berlin, London and Paris, Frankfurt and Amsterdam. Warsaw ranks 14th in this ranking, only slightly behind cities such as Barcelona, Brussels, Vienna, Milan. At the same time, the Polish capital is ahead of Zurich, Luxembourg, Stockholm in terms of investment attractiveness, significantly breaking away from Moscow, Istanbul and Oslo.
The most important factors for the assessment were: the transport accessibility of the city, the availability of assets or new development opportunities, the projected profitability, the size and liquidity of the market, the economic indicators of the city, the regulatory environment.
