From the life of a real estate agency.
I want to share today's story. Or rather, yesterday.
On Sunday night, a person writes that another company deceived him, something with a contract, a power of attorney, and so on. Not everything is clear, maybe because it is night and Sunday, maybe because it was really difficult to understand something. I offered to call tomorrow at 9 am.
Morning comes, I expect that it will be necessary to understand other people's problems. No call. I realized that it won't. After all, it happened many times, when someone calls or writes at night, then during the day, as a rule, he does not remember anything.
Nevertheless, in the evening the call. The man tells me about the situation. I advise you to contact the agency that helped, because they have already taken the money and let them finish it or redo it. It turns out that this agent has already blocked the client everywhere. I ask where you got such an agent - on the recommendation ...
Then the client sends me a lease agreement. I look, and there the contract is not even signed. Only the last page. Some points are also crossed out and there are no signatures near the edits anywhere at all. Another incomprehensible situation with the payment of communal services. Also, the guarantor does not have a power of attorney. Yes, there is also a mistake in the address in the contract. The address(!!!) is not the right apartment.
I call the guarantor, they start shouting at me that this tenant has already got it and all that. But from further conversation it becomes clear that this is not about fraud, but about ignorance of how it should be.
But the agency took money to verify such an agreement...
I found the cadastral number of the apartment, looked that everything matches. Reassured the client.
Of course, this did not help to sign the contract properly or to correct it, but at least it became clear that tomorrow he would not be evicted. And they decided to sign the contract by mail, because the hostess does not live in Warsaw and is not going to come.
On the one hand, it's nice that "colleagues" work so poorly. But on the other hand, it's even very bad. Because it ruins the market.
