A building in which all or part of the apartments are connected to an installation that supplies heat from a central heat production source or from an individual building's own boiler room.
Sources of central heating include: thermal power plants, thermal power plants, boiler houses in residential complexes or local boiler houses in apartment buildings.
Buildings equipped with central heating also include buildings with a floor installation located inside the building, including a heating device.

A building in which gas from the network is supplied to the apartments (all or some), using the gas network.

A building inside of which - in apartments or in a corridor - there is an installation (to which devices such as a sink, toilet, washbasin, bathtub are connected) that allows wastewater and used water (so-called domestic wastewater) to be discharged into receivers: into the network, septic tank, home treatment facilities, sewerage.

A building in which the water supply system is connected to all or some of the apartments of the building, or the apartments do not have a water tap, but it is located inside the building, for example, in a corridor.
