Interestingly, the number of properties offered for sale increased in June 2024. At the end of the month, the Warsaw developers' database contained 12,700 offers of new apartments, which is 578 more than in May 2024.

In addition, the secondary market in Warsaw saw a decrease in apartment prices compared to the previous month. Here, according to statistics, in June 2024, when choosing a used home, a buyer had to pay PLN 18,567 per square meter.
