An intimate housing estate at ul. Berenson, well connected to the center of Warsaw. Life here is healthy, quiet and peaceful, which makes Białołęka attract young people planning to start a family. A large part of the district is covered with green areas. 

The housing estate uses eco-friendly solutions that will ensure lower energy, heating and hot water bills thanks to heat pumps and the installation of a photovoltaic system. The apartments also have underfloor heating.

The three-story buildings are being built using wooden modular technology, friendly to the environment and residents. Natural, recyclable materials are used for construction: wood, mineral wool, which ensures optimal thermal properties, and gypsum-fiber boards; all produced on the basis of natural raw materials, using biotechnology based on natural components; free of formaldehyde, phenol and acrylic, artificial dyes and brightening substances, no adhesives. This makes them virtually emission-free.

The construction of the estate is divided into two stages. In the first one, four buildings will be built, three of them will have underground garages, which will be constructed using traditional technology, as well as the entrance area, staircases and elevator shafts. 

A total of 131 apartments will be built (32 apartments in building A and 33 in buildings B, C and D) with areas ranging from 26.68 to 66.15 sq m. Residents will have 135 parking spaces at their disposal, 82 in the garage and 53 above-ground. The second stage includes 138 apartments, 142 parking spaces and one commercial premises intended for a grocery store. The estate is closed and safe.

Location

Thanks to the efforts of the city authorities, getting to the center takes less and less time. This was influenced by the opening of the Curie-Skłodowska Bridge, the modernization of Modlińska Street, and the renovation of the Toruńska route. Moreover, thanks to public transport connections, you can be at the main metro line in just a few minutes, from where the city center is only a few minutes away.

There are schools and kindergartens near the estate. At the intersection of Berensona and Zaułek streets, in the Shopping Center, there is, among others: laundry, pharmacy, flower shop, beauty salon and Carrefour grocery store. Within 7 to 10 minutes by car there are:
