• Kitchen: gas stove (4 burners), large fridge, cabinets, table with chairs, full kitchen equipment such as pots, plates, new gas stove.
• Bathroom: new shower, washing machine, sink, toilet
Parking: public parking spaces around the building, free of charge

COST (Rent to the cooperative included)
The cost of the entire apartment is PLN 1600 / month (12-month contract) + utilities costs according to use. The fees to the cooperative are already included in the rent.
Utilities: water + electricity + gas + garbage - about PLN 100 / month for 1 person, according to consumption from the meters
Possibility to install Internet and cable TV, cost about PLN 40 per month and possible access to the basement.
