A few words from history:

The building was erected in the 1970s, it was built mainly for employees of the Office of the Council of Ministers, it had an underground garage for a dozen cars, which then bore signs of luxury.

The house at Madalińskiego 50/52 in Stary Mokotów is a cross-section of the history of the People's Republic of Poland and the Third Republic of Poland over the past 50 years.

The apartment was originally intended for prof. Victor Zina. Then the well-known Polish composer and conductor Jerzy Satanowski moved into the premises.
