The house, adapted for office purposes in Mokotow, is equipped with air conditioning, a server room and fiber optic access. On the ground floor there are two rooms: a larger one of about 40 m² and a smaller one, as well as a common room with a kitchenette, a conference room and a utility room that can be converted into a garage for 2 cars.

On the second floor there are three rooms and a bathroom.

The building was renovated in September 2020. Doors and windows are made of mahogany.

The location of the house is convenient: the metro, bus and tram stops are within walking distance, and the center of Warsaw is only 14 minutes by car. Galeria Mokotów, a business center in Służewiec and international schools, such as French and British, are located nearby. The surrounding area includes green areas, children's playgrounds, Królikarnia, the Warszawianka sports and recreation complex with an aqua park, Wilanów Palace with a royal garden, bike paths, shops and restaurants.
