All houses with a height of more than 55 m above ground level are classified as high-rise buildings (WW) according to Polish law. Construction began in March 2008 and was completed in autumn 2013. Due to the financial problems of the investor, the official opening took place in March 2017. Złota 44, the tallest residential building in Poland and the European Union, is a luxury apartment building with a height of 192 meters. Apartments are located on floors 9-52. Their average size is 120 m².

Luxurious 52-storey skyscraper contains 287 apartments. All of them are equipped with a home management system (HMS) that makes it easy to control air conditioning, roller shutters, heating, lighting, as well as ordering food from restaurants and other services. All tenants receive an individual magnetic card, which allows them to enter only the floor on which their apartment is located.

Fully finished apartments were offered in nine layouts and four sizes: one-room (from 62 to 70 sq.m), medium (from 90 to 120 sq.m), large (from 140 to 250 sq.m) and penthouses (the area of which can exceed 1000 square meters, possibly taking up the entire floor). Depending on the location, size, layout and level of finish, the price per square meter ranges from PLN 24,000 to PLN 40,000.

The following services are provided to the residents of the building. They have access to a wine cellar that holds up to 10,000 bottles and includes a tasting room. In addition to the 25-meter pool (the largest private pool in Poland), the recreational floor has a Jacuzzi, massage rooms, a Finnish sauna, a steam room and an outdoor terrace. The floor also has a private cinema with a golf simulator, a fitness club with a yoga room, a children's playroom and meeting rooms. It offers residents a reception with a concierge, as well as an observation deck.

2. Cosmopolitan Twarda 4 (formerly Twarda Tower or Hines Tower) is a skyscraper in Warsaw, at the intersection of Emilii Plater and Twardej streets. It has 44 floors and a height of 160 meters. Building area 60 939 m2. The Cosmopolitan building consists of two parts: the lower one, located closer to Grzybowskiego Square, and the higher, 160-meter tower. There are parking spaces for about 300 cars on 4 underground levels of the building. Service and office premises are located on the first four floors (restaurant on the first floor).

3. Łucka City - Residential Warsaw skyscraper, built in 2000-2004 at ul. Łucka 13/15 in the Wola area. Until 2009 it was the tallest residential building in Poland. Its architectural height is 127 meters, the height to the roof is 106 meters. The building has 30 floors in total. The useful area of this multi-storey skyscraper is 34,789 square meters.

The complex has 342 apartments of different sizes and rooms: from small, 1-room, 37-meter apartments, to huge, 6-room, 243-meter apartments. The lowest underground and overground floors are occupied by garages. Above, on five above-ground floors, there are offices and service centers, including a bank. The remaining 24 levels are occupied by apartments. The house has various modern amenities: the doors to the stairwells open with a magnetic card, 6 high-speed elevators, video surveillance, a fitness club and a swimming pool, an observation deck, and some apartments have terraces with attractive views.

The architecture of the Łucka City skyscraper seems too complicated. The building narrows at the top, giving the impression of a glued building of irregular rectangular blocks. Attached to the southern wall of the building is the Prosta Tower office building, built in 2007–2011. This creates a unique arrangement of a pair of interconnected high-rise buildings in Poland and rare in the world.

The third stage consists of 8-storey houses D and E for 187 apartments, put into operation in January 2015. On each of the lines, underground three-level garages for 1000 places and storerooms are designed.

At a distance of 120 meters is the InCity residential complex, 132 meters further is the Victoria Building office building, and 163 meters further is the BGŻ HQ office building.

18. Targowa Street 26/30 - a high-rise residential building in Starej Pradze in the Praga Północ area. The architectural height of the building is 64 m, the height to the roof is also 64 m. The building together with the trade pavilion "Kijowianka" was built in 1977-78. The 18-storey building has 150 apartments located in one entrance. 19. High-rise residential building st. Grochowska 200 in Grochowie in the Praga Południe district. The height of the building is 64 meters. The 19-storey building is equipped with 3 high-speed elevators and has 152 apartments located in one entrance. On the ground floor there are premises for security and a number of utility rooms.

The building is located in the residential complex Kobielska. It was built by the Workers' Housing Cooperative in 1985. This is the tallest building in the Kobielska residential area. Since 1999, the building has been run by the Warsaw Housing Cooperative "Grochów". In 2010 the house was insulated.

20. The high-rise residential complex Apartamenty przy Bramie was built in Warsaw's Wola district, along Wroniej and Krochmalnej streets. Residential buildings were built in February 2021. Height - 62 meters. The total area of these eighteen-story residential buildings is more than 30,000 sq.m., of which 19,000 thousand sq.m. There are 451 apartments in the complex. Two underground floors.

Apartamenty przy Warzelni is 71 m away, the Browary Warszawskie residential complex is 102 m away, and the Hilton Warsaw Hotel and Conference Center is 110 m away.
