When is the premises considered to be put into operation in Poland?

Premises put into operation (izby oddane do użytkowania) are premises the completion of which the investor reported to the poviat building supervision authority and this body did not raise any objections (by decision) or for which the investor received permission to use by decision of the supervisory authority powiat.
