Sales of real estate in Poland by the largest developers in the third quarter of 2023
Let's analyze real estate sales in Poland by the 13 largest developers in the third quarter of 2023 compared to the third quarter of 2022. The total number of apartments sold in the third quarter. 2023 increased compared to the second quarter. 2022 from 3594 to 6828 or by 90.0%, that is, almost 2 times. Dom Development, Murapol, Develia, Robyg, Atal, Victoria Dom. They account for 75% of the total real estate market of Poland's largest developers.
The largest number of apartments was sold by Dom Development -1081, the second was Murapol. They were among the leaders a year ago, but they changed places. All 13 developers increased sales over the period under review. The companies with the highest growth rates are Marvipol Development, Inpro, Ronson Development, Develia – 3-5 times. This can be explained simply by the low initial base.

Now about real estate sales for 9 months of 2023. Here the indicators of the leaders of the construction business are more even. Over the three quarters of 2023, compared to the same period in 2022, the total number of apartments sold by these companies increased to 17,272 from 12,664, or by 36.4%, more than a third.
At the top of the list are the same leaders - Dom Development, Murapol, Develia, Robyg, Atal, Victoria Dom, only Develia and Robyg have swapped places. The largest number of apartments was sold by Dom Development - 2936, the second was Robyg - 2245, the third - Murapol - 2229. The company Develia also exceeded the mark of 2000 apartments sold.
The highest sales rates over 9 months were recorded by Marvipol Development and Ronson Development – 2.5-3 times. Only one developer was inferior to the previous period; it should also be noted that Murapol remained at the same level.
