In December 2023, in each of the capital's districts, the average expectations of used home sellers exceeded PLN 11 thousand/sq.m.
In December 2023, for the first time in history in the Warsaw district of Śródmieście, the average amount indicated in advertisements exceeded 20 thousand PLN/sq.m and amounted to 20,141 PLN/sq.m. Among the most expensive Warsaw districts, as before, in addition to Śródmieścia, are Żoliborz - the average offer is 17,231 zł/sq.m, Wilanów - 17,205, Wola - 16,843 and Mokotów 16,084 zł/sq.m.
The most inexpensive areas in December 2023 were Rembertów, in which sellers asked for an average of 11,383 zł/sq.m. for secondary housing, Białołęka - 11,898, Wawer - 11,941 zł/sq.m.
